The residents of Green lotus saksham society built on Zirakpur Patiala Highway given death threats by the maya builder . The builder wants illegal parking on green space which has already been paid by the residents as maintenance fee. When the flat owner protested, the builder’s worker Vikas and bouncers abused the people and threatened to shoot the senior citizen woman.
Contrary to the promise made at the time of selling the flats, green space is being converted into shed parking which is being sold individually to the people for 4 – 5 lakhs. The resident has paid the maintenance fee which covers this green space. However, now builder wants to convert green space into illegal parking which compromises security and resident trust. This will be a huge risk if there is a fire in the flats around those areas and there will be no space for the fire brigade to come and reduce the damage. Flat owners opposed the parking leading to huge commotion due to illegal parking space and kill threats posed to the residents. This is illegal and pose high security risk to the residents with no disaster recovery plans in place
